Just another site

Wow! It has been amazing living in Indianapolis during the Super Bowl.  We have been down to the Super Bowl Village twice now and boy is it crazy!  The atmosphere is so exciting, you can practically feel the energy rolling off all the many people who are there.  There are fun things to see, food trucks to eat at and cool things to do, including taking pictures with the many landmarks, enjoying the NFL experience, zip-lining through the city, celebrity watching (if you’re into that kind of thing) and listening to great music.  We are having just a small get together at our place tonight to watch the game, and I thought I would share my menu and a great recipe from a great friend. Go Giants! (for today at least)

  • Hot Wings
  • Meatballs
  • Mozzarella Sticks
  • Chipotle Ranch Pasta Salad
  • Vegetable Tray & Chips with Homemade Ranch Dip (recipe courtesy Chelsie Baucus)
  • Queso and Chips
  • Pecan Pie & Vanilla Ice Cream

My best friend Chelsie Baucus has a great family recipe for ranch dip that is easy and delicious.  I made it last night for today’s festivities and boy does it make a lot of dip!

Baucus Ranch Dip

  • 16 oz. of mayonnaise
  • 24 oz. sour cream
  • 32 oz. plain yogurt
  • 3 packets of hidden valley ranch mix

Mix together and enjoy!
